The 115sqm, wooden-floored Barn is one of our most popular spaces, which has hosted yoga, ballet, community music, weddings, cinema, children's sponge castle, ping-pong, meditation, cocoa ceremony, to name just a few.

The communal kitchen is the pride and center of our settlement: this is where we gather in the morning, and where we say goodbye to each other in the evening before retiring. The well-equipped kitchen awaits those who wish to cook and bake for themselves with a gas and an induction hob, as well as a convection oven, and of course there are countless tools available for making coffee and tea.
DINING AND CREATIVE TERRACE

What is it good for?
mainly for shared meals, big conversations, creating together, drinking, and spending all day together
Our Large Terrace, which is sheltered from the rain and largely protected from the wind, serves as one of the central locations of the complex, as it is half part of the garden and half part of the kitchen: from here you can see the fire pit, the volleyball/badminton court and the surrounding square where children typically play all day, sometimes resting in the coolness provided by the half-roof.
BADMINTON AND VOLLEYBALL COURT

Our sand sports playground, created as an upcycling of the stable behind the Rabbit House, is loved by both young and old, day and night.

A pleasant, cool, peaceful little island on our estate, separated from the larger communal space and kitchen above. A favorite hangout for smaller groups, a creative workshop for lovers of stretched pasta.

everything was here, many people like to cook on it, grill it, and of course, skewer it, etc.

YOGA HOUSE

What is it good for?
a real joker house: for yoga, a place for kids to hang out, a mini apartment, for socializing, but there was also a recording studio
It is located a little further away from the other houses, behind the Kakas house, making it reassuringly separate and quiet. We converted an old farmhouse into a single-room house, making it suitable for many different functions.

Another mini-development that is very close to our hearts: the little ones and the slightly older ones love it, sometimes they move in during their stay, and then we can't help but carry back all the stuff that gets there in a few days :)

been to a model painting camp, frog and hen show, children's fishing paradise, matchbox cemetery
For some reason, one of the first things we did when we bought the land was to build a bridge over the small lake. Not many people use it, but Aunt Zsuzsi's chickens love it, and so do we, the view it offers when entering.
LOTS OF GRASSY AREA
You can almost get lost in the many little nooks and crannies, among the grassy squares, which is why the entire complex is loved by children and small and large groups alike. It's worth preparing for a war of numbers.
